DIGI Start is a program intended for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) that have not yet taken significant steps towards digital transformation. With the support of the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts (FMRPO), this program aims to improve the business operations of companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, increasing their competitiveness and sustainability on the market.
The program provides technical support and guides companies through the digital transformation process, with a focus on creating a digital transformation strategy that meets their specific business needs. This unique program provides an opportunity to participate in the transformation process, with the goal that at the end of the program each company has its own digital transformation strategy, ready for implementation.
The support program includes:
- Raising awareness of the importance of digital transformation for competitiveness and long-term survival in the market.
- Creating a digital transformation strategy that will enable companies to take advantage of digital tools and technologies in business.
- Technical support in identifying key areas where digitization can bring the greatest benefits, such as operational efficiency, data management and customer relations.
The program lasts from October to January and includes intensive technical assistance that companies receive from the Center for Digital Transformation.
