Female clinical engineers' participation in health has been transcendental for the advancement of actions aimed at safe and effective patient service. However, we do not have sufficient documented evidence of success stories or lessons learned from our colleagues. To create and nurture a repository that reflects the contribution of clinical engineers to the global community, we encourage the Clinical Engineering community to participate in the

CALL FOR CASE STUDIES

which aims to document the participation, value creation, lessons learned, and/or knowledge acquired from academic training reinforced by the experience of clinical engineers in the hospital setting.

A case study is an investigation of a problem that aims to examine the alternative solutions and propose the most effective one using supportive evidence. The case study includes background information on the topic and analysis of the case using previously defined methodologies and recommendations.

You may send a free style text to expose your case, be sure to include:

  • Abstract
  • Introduction (identification of the focal problem or situation being faced)
  • Analysis of the problem or situation
  • Results / lessons learned
  • Recommendations
  • References (if apply)

CALL FOR WICE STORIES

That would form a collection of stories from female clinical engineers to share and celebrate the contributions and achievements of women in the field of clinical engineering. By sharing these stories, we can inspire and encourage other women to pursue careers in clinical engineering and showcase women's diverse and important role in this field.

We are looking for stories about experiences and achievements in the field of clinical engineering, including any challenges faced and how to overcome them, as well as any advice for other women considering a career in clinical engineering.

You may send a free style text to expose your story in a 300-500 word document

Deadline: March 31st

Studija slučaja uključuje informacije o pozadini teme i analizu slučaja koristeći prethodno definisane metodologije i preporuke.
