Verlab Institute is a partner in the project called 'The Alliance of Boundary Crossing for Deep Tech,' which has been selected for funding by the EIT (European Institute of Innovation and Technology) in two phases, from May 2023 to July 2024. The kick-off meeting for this project took place on May 26, 2023, at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Sarajevo, with Mugdim Pašić representing the same, Maja Arslanagić-Kalajdžić and Aziz Šunje representing the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo, and Almir Badnjević and Lejla Gurbeta Pokvić representing Verlab Institute.
The ABCD project aims to become the leading platform for innovation and deep tech entrepreneurship in the Western Balkans. It will foster an entrepreneurial mindset and support deep technology startups to advance at a global level through efficient collaboration with participants and the local innovation ecosystem. By 2030, the project aims to strengthen project management, promote capacity building, provide incubation services, establish strong connections with the local innovation ecosystem, and effectively disseminate the results.
Verlab Institut je partner na projektu "The Alliance of Boundary Crossing for Deep Tech" koji je odabran za finansiranje od strane EIT-a - Evropskog instituta za inovacije i tehnologiju kroz dvije faze, od maja 2023. do jula 2024. Kick off sastanak ovog projekta održao se 26.05.2023. na Mašinskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Sarajevu sa Mugdmom Pašićem ispred istog, Majom Arslanagić-Kalajdžić i Azizom Šunje ispred Ekonomskog fakulteta UNSA, te Almirom Badnjevićem i Lejlom Gurbetom Pokvić ispred Verlab instituta.
Projekt ABCD ima za cilj biti vodeća platforma za inovacije i duboko tehnološko poduzetništvo na Zapadnom Balkanu. Podsticat će poduzetnički način razmišljanja i podržati start-upove duboke tehnologije da napreduju na globalnom nivou kroz efikasnu saradnju sa sudionicima i lokalnim inovacijskim ekosistemom. Do 2030. projekt ima za cilj ojačati upravljanje projektima, promovisati izgradnju kapaciteta, pružiti usluge inkubacije, uspostaviti jake veze sa lokalnim inovacijskim ekosistemom i efikasno širiti rezultate.
